This could apply to 2 different situations:

1) SP that is frequently lights out through 5 or 6 innings, getting you too excited, too soon about a dominant performance. Of course, he always manages to blow it in the 6th or 7th inning, leading to a yawnstipating overall stat line. Scott Baker 2009-2010 was the king of this category (although some credit had to be given to gardenhire for always leaving him in too long).

2) a young/pedigreed SP who starts off the season really well, leading everyone to get excited that he's taken the next step to become a fantasy ace. He then gets blown up in his next few starts, and everyone realizes they blew their load too soon. Example: Edwin Jackson started the season 2-0 with a 1.93 ERA and 1.00 WHIP and 20 Ks in 14 IP. Fantasy "experts" everywhere proclaimed this to finally be his breakout season. 3 starts later he's 2-2 with a 4.88 ERA and 1.63 WHIP and probably on waivers.

Usage: "Man I was all excited about Edwin Jackson finally becoming an ace this year. Turns out it was just Premature E-Jax-ulation" (your friend replies: "don't worry, it's perfectly normal and happens to lots of guys")

#1 is more frustrating, but unless you actually watch the games you might not notice it. #2 is probably much more common for ppl who just look at box scores after the games.

It's a funny definition but I don't think the term works.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
