Blumpwin-verb. When a starting pitcher gives you a win while at the same time crapping all over you era and whip.
Ex. Blackburn wen 5 and 1/3 ip giving up 6 earned and 11 base runners. But at least he gave you a Blumpwin.
Antonym: Grienkied
Synonym: (john) Lackied

I get the reference but I don't think it works. I'll see what Rudy has to say.

The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions. Is your league H2H? Roto? I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from. If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters. I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

true it is like a sphinctory but for starting pitchers if you want to make the distinction between the two.
I don't know how it doesn't work though. Blumpkin-getting a bj while taking a crap.........Blumpwin......geting a win while...well.....taking a crap.
I also like Lackied. Opposite of Grienkied. Because Lacky has such horrible stats yet still has 10 wins. I just thought blumpwin was funnier than Lackied.

I think Lackied is clearer and easier to say, but isn't that funny. Blumpwin doesn't read right to me.

John Danks – 6 IP, 6 ER, 11 baserunners, 5 Ks, blumpwin. In the preseason, I said I liked Floyd more than Danks. I forgot the modifier “after April.”
I think that works.
