I'd go with LaRoche for the time being. Team looks okay, very strong on pitching. Might be too strong on pitching and why you're choosing between LaRoche and Encarncion. Your hitting is pretty unbalanced. Meaning, you have power guys in one place and your speed are separate. No real players that give you both speed and power.
