This is not the team in my sig. It's actually the first time I'm addressing the team on the site as it's been a second priority all season. It started as me helping a female friend with her draft and now I manage it solely...but I digress. I have by and far the best team due to such moves as another guy drafting Daniel Murphy in the 3rd round. Presently, the team looks like this:

C-Miguel Montero, 1B-Carlos Pena, 2B-Aaron Hill, 3B-A Rod, SS-Ben Zobrist, MI-Dustin Pedroia, CI-Chone Figgins, OF-Curtis Granderson, Shin Soo Choo, Grady Sizemore, Shane Victorino, Carlos Quentin, Util-Pablo Sandoval, BN-Michael Young, Lance Berkman DL-Nelson Cruz(have had no reason to activate him yet)

SP-Zack Greinke, Roy Halladay, Chris Carpenter, Wandy Rodriguez James Shields, Randy Wells, Max Scherzer
RP-Brian Wilson, Huston Street, David Aardsma

It's H2H, so anything can happen and the playoffs are approaching. The waiver pool is pretty strong as there are only 8 teams. Fernando Rodney is available, for instance. I was wondering if it was worth it to punt Young and activate Cruz or even just punt them both and add someone else. Any glaring weaknesses? Thanks in advance.

I'd punt Young and activate Cruz. I'd be prepared to lose Sizemore too.
