RHP Brandon Webb (shoulder) is to begin a throwing program Monday, about five weeks after being shut down when he felt soreness while warming up for a bullpen session on a road trip in Kansas City. "I'm excited," he said. Webb has not pitched since opening day, and he hopes to get back on the mound in September to allay any fears of his health heading into the offseason, when the D-backs must decide whether to pick up his $8.5 million option or pay a $2 million buyout.

Cleared to start a normal pitching program and ready to go for Spring Training.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I haven't heard much about him so far this offseason... what are your thoughts on him and do you think he will be able to bounce back close to the top teired pitcher he once was... how well or how long do pitchers usually take to recover from this type of injury...

He could have a Carpenter style bounce back or he could be Liriano. Depends on how much of a gamble you want to take and where you can grab him. He had a shoulder injury, that's not something I tend to mess with when it comes to starters. I probably won't own him on any teams.
