I hate the Packers and Brett Favre. I hope A-Rodge sucks and all hell breaks loose in Packer Nation!!!

Ok, I don't know anything about football, what's the story behind this Favre thing? Didn't he retire? Could someone explain like I'm the Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer?

Okay to make a long story short from my point of view.

March
Brett Favre retires.
June
Brett has the itch to play, but denies rumors of a comeback.
July
Brett asks Packers to release him.
Brett criticizes the whole Packer organization during an interview saying he feels like he was forced to make a decision when he wasn't ready.
August
Packers refuse to release/trade him and offer 20-25 million to stay retired.
Brett rejects offer and asks for reinstatement.
Brett shows up at training camp and its a circus.
Packers' coach Mike McCarthy says in a news conference that Brett's mindset isn't right to play in Green Bay.
Packers finally trade him to New York.
Broadway BRETT!

I live in Wisconsin so its been the biggest news for like the last 2 months. It's good its finally over.

Great ketchup! Thanks! Now onto important things, I was in Wisconsin last year and it's one of my top five favorite states. I love frozen custard! The Safe House was ridiculous, in a good way. Miller Park is gorgeous and Miller Brewery is even better. Good state. Carry on.

Whenever I hear the word Favre on the news, (shouldn't that be pronounced FAV-RE?) I think of how much I really don't care about football and how it's about as exciting as a Friday night of me pulling my pubes out one at a time. I'm not saying that this has ever happened, but, I'm, you know, as, they, say on, this, site, kust kayin'.

I also really sucked at football when I tried to play it in the 7th grade, so perhaps there's some resentment there.
