Unless you really can't stand non-comedy movies that aren't serious, this is definitely worth checking out, presuming it's still in theaters. It is so absurd that it's brilliant. Well, maybe not brilliant, but definitely magical, especially if you live over the top action and gore. Think of the Desperado "trilogy" but far more bloody, with a touch of Tarantino's homage-y quirkiness.

I haven't seen "Machete" yet (I have a long Netflix queue... and no, she's never said that), but I'm pre-disappointed by something I read: apparently Jessica Alba's semi-nudity is somehow digitized. WTF?! Are you trying to tell me that Mrs. Alba has some kind of grand illusion that she is in movies for her acting talent?! C'mon, sister, you're a babe among babes (although I have to say, sometimes, she kinda looks semi-retarded... and you could land a spaceship on that forehead... but don't mind me, I'm overly critical), but know your place (nekkid on my screen).
