I have been cursed at SS all year, mostly thanks to Tulo. I bought low on him in late April just before he got hurt. I then dropped JJ Hardy when Tulo come off the Dl for the first time, missing Hardy's hot streak. When Tulo got injured again, I had to pick up Jack Wilson (we are talking a deep league here) until Mike Aviles became available. Now I have Tulo, who is back and hitting well in addition to Mike Aviles, whose OPS is up over .860. I would like to trade one for a solid starter. Which one should I deal?

Obviously, Tulo has more upside, but he also has more trade value as this is a keeper league. He wouldn't be one of my keepers though since we only keep 5 guys. Aviles feels like a sell high to me, though he has been very solid and has a good minor league track record. I don't need huge production out of my SS. I fear if I trust Tulo again and he burns his ballsack on a George Foreman grill I'll be screwed for the playoffs with no decent SS options available.

Sorry for the short story here. These seem to be my trade options:

1) Trade Tulo and Marte for John Lackey. There is a 60% chance the Lackey owner will go for this. He likes Tulo and wants to make sure he will rebound.
2) Trade Aviles for Fausto Carmona.
3) Trade Tulo for Jurgens and Wandy.

This is a 20 team H2H league. My offense is very strong. I'm mostly looking to add a little pitching depth since we can't stream in the playoffs.

Please rank these three options, or tell me which SS you trust me come fantasy playoff time. Thanks.

I'd do all of those deals, in that order.

I trust Tulo more, but if you can flip him for Lackey with a throw-in closer, you have to do that.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Thanks for the advice. I had to give up Broxton and Tulo, but I got Lackey. Our H2H league counts holds, so losing a closer doesn't hurt. I grabbed Rafael Perez off the wire. I'll punt saves and win holds every week. No biggie.
