willingham or hafner

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

willingham or hafner

Postby papasmurf » Wed Aug 26, 2009 9:23 am

Need your help, Grey. I dunno what to do anymore. Everything I do backfires as badly as possible.

Decisions on Hafner and Willingham have cost me 3 homers and 10 RBI in the last two days. (Instead I got 0 for 8 which makes me wanna beat up my smurf underlings)

Today, Hafner vs. Hokevar or Willingham vs. Harden)

I am leaning toward Pronk now.

I'd go Hafner too, but now I'm not sure since we're agreeing.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Aw shit, he’s not even starting. Damn I didn’t get a chance to check the pregame lineups.
Guess that means Willingham’s in for another big game. Once in a blue moon, you figure I could get a break right? Maybe accidentally bench a guy and he goes 0 for 4?

It’s never happened.

Oh the holy ghost of jesus, please let Harden be good today.

Well, at least Willingham only had an ok game…

Lineup: another 6 for 30 day. 1 run 2 RBI.

Brian Roberts was raking, but since coming to my team, he is 2 for 14. He was due for a rough stretch, but the damn timing can’t be worse as usual.

Amazing how you cooled off Roberts. Teams should hire you!

I am finally gonna sit willingham tomorrow. Willingham owners start him. He's about 2 for 47 or something since I traded for him, except for that one game that I benched him. Just be sure you start him. My one good deed for the week.

In other great smurf moments, I grabbed Dejesus to start in CF and immediately ended his 10 game hit streak. Sorry if you own Dejesus...

Also apologies to Brian Roberts owners... 2 for 24 since I traded for him and put my magic on him.

My team on its way to hitting below .200 for a whole month. Didn't think that was possible.
