Chad Cordero

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

It says he's throwing off the mound, lost some weight, and targeting a post ASB return. Is there value there if one has a DL spot to stash him on?

Unless you need the DL spot for someone else, then it couldn't hurt. But I don't think the Chad is going to be much of a factor this year as far as saves go. Rauch has excelled in the closer's roll, and if they can get Cordero healthy, any end-of-game appearances may just be to showcase him for a trade (though the longer he's out, I guess the less likely that becomes).

Maybe some folks disagree? Anyone think Cordero's coming back to close?

league counts holds too... so basically if he comes back and has good-great MR value, it'd be worth it for me. the guy was decent as a closer when healthy.

i guess i'm just stuck watching and hopefully no one pulls the trigger before he's back fully.

Is Taylor Buchholz owned in your league? His K rate isn't amazing, but he's been very solid (1.40 ERA, 0.75 WHIP, and no HR in 38.2 innings). If Fuentes is traded, he may be first in line to get some saves, too.

You should grab him if you have a DL spot.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
