Pick your Pitcher - ROS

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Pick your Pitcher - ROS

Postby TimmyOToole » Wed Jun 19, 2013 11:08 pm

5x5, AL+NL, roto, redraft, 10 owners.

Took a chance on Carter Capps - um, yeah, that's kinda not working out. Need another pitcher, doing OK on closers. Could use everything from a SP - WHIP, ERA, Ks, Wins.

On the waiver wire -

Jacob Turner

Also a number of minor league names - Bundy, Bauer, Gausman, Carlos Martinez

Am very uninformed about the extent of the Morrow and Ogando injuries. Can afford to take on somebody on the DL or in the minors who might not be in MLB for up to a month, but don't want a guy unavailable into August.

Who do you like ROS? The Razzball ROS predictor says Wandy, but I am thinking we might see Wacha sooner rather than later, and Ogando could be a good stash.

Do you have to choose right now? Can you just stream the spot until things clear up a bit.

I guess I could see you stashing Wacha but his path to the majors is pretty unclear at the moment and really no guarantee that he will pitch in the majors again this year. I would probably lean towards Wandy but again i would prefer to stream the spot than just go with one guy.
