Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

My team plummeted from first to last in my league (12-team mixed roto, keep 12 unrestricted) over the last week and a half. My roster is in the signature. Ignoring that I've obviously moved guys onto the DL and have benched cold players appropriately, are there any of these guys I should move before it's too late, or hold onto despite under-performance? I'm looking at people like Hosmer. B.J. Upton, and Gio especially, but also the whole team. Also not listed are Nolan Reimold and Michael Brantley, who I have as DL fill-ins for Heyward and Reyes. Thanks!
You should always look to trade but it just matters what you are getting in return. So I would send some offers out there and see if you can get anyone to bite. If you are trading guys who are struggling right now be prepared that you aren't going to get full value for them.
U will prolly get the most value out of gio bc he hasnt thr greatest chance of rebounding from his slow start but if I could get any value out of bj and hosmer im doing it.. maybe package them together to get a better return
