Who is the best waiver pickup here that fits my team needs?

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

OK GUYS, this is a 12 team h2h category league with the following categories:

Runs, RBI, AVG, OPS, SB, HR

Wins, Saves, Holds, ERA, WHIP, K's

The following 3 guys are on the wire that I want to pickup: Jose Quintana, Zack Cozart, Travis Hafner, Ryan Madson. Which one makes the most sense for me? Rutledge is killing me at SS so I could use Cozart the most I think, but I like the upside of Quintana and Hafner. Plus I own Frieri but I have no DL I can Madson in if I pick him up.

C- Rosario
1B- Freeman (DL) Using Adam Dunn
2B- Philips
3B- Longo
SS Rutledge
OF Kemp, Heyward, Choo, Revere (We start 4)
UTIL: Combo of Starlin Marte, Brandon MOss, Eric HOsmer, Will Middlebrooks

PITCHING:
SP: Latos, Bucholtz, Jose Fernandez, Ross Detwilier, Yu Darvish, Matt Harvey, Hyn Ryu, Jeff Smardija (Beachy DL)
RP: Frieri, Addison Reed, Steve Cishek, Vinnie Pestano, Kelvin Hererra, James Russell (Fukijawa DL)

Zack Cozart – 3-for-5, 3 runs, 2 RBIs and his 4th homer. Fo’ really, how is he asked about so much on whether or not you should pick him up? He’s out homering Joey Votto 4 to 1. Yeah, pick him up.

And that is me quoting grey.
