Grey and fellow Razzballers ... any advice on any of the questions below?

Just drafted the second team below (in the 6x5 league) and am generally happy. I worry about power and averages (BA, ERA, WHIP), though I've learned I should wait a few weeks to act on those determinations. But some names I like are on waivers: Wade Miley was dropped and is on waivers until tomorrow and Aaron Hicks and EY2 are available.

Four related questions:

1. Do you think Ryan Madson gets the closer role in LAA when he's healthy? He's on waivers until tomorrow. My team should be fine with saves, but it's easy to trade closers in this league and so he'd be a good investment. I could stash him in my DL slot, but I need to have him on my active roster first, so I'd need to drop someone.

2. It's temping to drop Griffin or Milone for Miley (Miley's ranked higher than Griffin but lower than Milone in your rankings, but the projected stats for Griffin and Milone seem about the same). But with Greinke, Scherzer, and Niese, I'm probably OK with Ks, right? And it seems like Griffin and Milone are better for ratios. If I do grab Miley, is it worth using my No. 2 waiver priority? Or wait to see if he clears?

3. I'm guessing both Hicks and EY2 are upgrades compared to Leonys in terms of speed, where I seem to be OK, but not power, where I might need help. But Leonys' power isn't great and if he keeps hitting 9th and Hicks and EY2 lead off, then does that compensate? Assuming you suggest holding off on the SP changes, a different idea is to drop Leonys, grab Madson, DL him, then immediately fill the OF spot with Hicks or EY2. Assuming Leonys clears waivers in a couple of days I could pick him up again. And if he doesn't, I keep Hicks/EY2. Worth it?

4. Any general advice on this team? I followed your draft advice pretty well, and got Upton, Longoria, Ellsbury, Choo, Greinke, Scherzer with the first six picks. Aside from the injury risks of Longoria and Ellsbury, anything else I should keep an eye on?

(Sorry for always asking multi-part questions as I do ... I'm a journalist and I find I do the same thing in press conferences)

I think I would leave Madson alone. Too much injury history the past couple years.

I would be fine dropping either of those guys for Miley. Probably Griffin first.

I like Martin more than either of those hitters right now.

1) I think it depends on how Fieri does as to whether Madson gets his closer job back. If you've got room on the DL and you're going to make another move to add/drop someone anyway you might as well grab him.

2) I wouldn't drop Milone for Miley. I might drop Griffen, but then again, I'd probably just hold for now.

3) I'd probably try to drop Martin, pick up Madson and DL him, pick up Hicks move for now. Then see where it all goes in a few days. I've got Hicks and Martin pretty even.

Thanks Mauddib and Hill O' Beans ... I was thinking of making a switch just to DL Madson, but it turned out to be a moot point: other teams used their waiver priorities to grab both Madson and Wiley and I didn't want to use my No. 2 priority, so I ended up staying put. Thanks a lot for the advice, though ... I appreciate it.
