Bonifacio Walker Seager Utley Uggla Kendrick Ackley (has upside and growth potential)
I would go with Bonifacio...he stole 30+ bases in 60+ games last season...he'll be playing in hitter friendly Toronto with a loaded lineup...odds are the other managers in your league are not looking at him...I would pick Bonifacio...if he get's injured or struggles, I'm sure you'll be able to pick at least one of those other guys after the season starts.
