So 26 starters, 9 reserves 10 minor leaguers, what round do i start drafting miner leagers?

I wouldn't touch a minor leaguer until past the 10th round. Depending on how the draft goes, I might make a move for Taveras around 12 or so but after him I would probably be waiting until the 15th or so to start grabbing others.
