I think I would go with Craig assuming he can play OF. Butler might be my second choice but I think I like that Craig can play both OF and 1B.
You don't need a 3B so Zimmerman is out. I don't think I would pull the trigger on any of those SP out of the gate.

I would go with Billy Butler. He is clearly the best player available at this point.
