So, I've held out on Guthrie for a little while now, and he's just not working out. In my 16 team league I'm not sure how to evaluate him or Slowey. I think Guthrie is definitely droppable, and I should just wait Slowey out. Should I hold on to Guthrie or should I let him finally go (he also does pitch in the toughest division in baseball which makes me want to drop him even more)? So this is a 2 part question... I need a starter for tomorrow:

Lose Guthrie, hold Slowey. My question as to who you wanna start tomorrow. Do you have to start someone? If so, then Gaudin. If not, then no one. Try Gaudin as a replacement.

If you're in a league that penalizes losses (like mine), be careful with Gaudin today, who although he gets a turn in Petco is going against Billingsley and a powerhouse Dodgers offense. Jaku might be more enticing at home against Oakland. He's been strong in 2 of 3 starts so far this year and, well...he's pitching in Seattle against the A's with Outman (who is awful in spite of the name) taking the hill for the other side.

Long-term, I agree with Grey on Gaudin, although as an A's fan I can tell you that he is very mediocre as a starter. Start him in Petco.
