Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Do I start him tonight AT Cincinnati? I know his road splits for his career have been really terrible but he has been pitching well lately.

I've got him starting too. been burned by beckett and hanrahan this week, so i'm not feeling too positive, but wandy's been a bright spot so far, so i trust him. cincy's home avg is .237, which is encouraging, and they seem to strikeout a lot.
