My 16 Team H2H Keeper is in dead last and getting killed 10-1 this week. My lineup is in my signature. I need to make some moves and get this team on a roll. What are the changes?

Any moves that really benefit my team? I'm thinking I could use Helton, but I don't know who to drop. I'm also thinking Rizzo might not be a bad stash, especially with Reynolds struggling. My pitching really needs some help, and I can't deal Santiago now, so I'm thinking I need to add one or two of those starters. What does everyone think? Thanks.
