Cozart was dropped in a 10 Team H2H League and sits on Waivers. I am fully aware and understand Grey’s affection for the Red’s SS that bats third in that potent order. There does however seem to be far less lust for Cozart in Fantasy Circles (& may I please never find myself in a “Fantasy Circle”), citing unsupportive minor league performance. Yet, I side with Grey. But in such a small League, I am rostering Espinosa, Alexei & Kendrick at the three positions that I would prefer he occupy. Belt after teasing us yesterday (& hopefully Bochy’s jumbohead) is my one Offensive Bench Player, who with 1B/OF eligibility as a fill in and likely higher upside; I am hesitant to drop for Cozart. Outfielders are Kemp, Upton, Stubbs, Rios, & Werth, so dropping one of them, moving Belt to OF & Cozart to UTIL seems to not make sense either. So, does a Team with those players, in a 10 Team League have room for Cozart? Drop slow start, possibly overmatched Belt? Alexie/DannyBoy/Rios/Stubbs? Hold?
ALSO, I am playing to win this year BUTT, Keepers are kept in their Draft Slot & potentially keeping Cozart as a FA 26th Rounder would be a bonus.
