I have trouble making decisions on which pitcher to drop and which to add. My mind is just sooooo disorganized about pitchers..

Pitchers that I will keep: Zimmermann, A.Sanchez, Feliz, Cueto, Scherzer, Jurrjens, Cahill, Walden >> Does this list seem right?

Pitchers that I might drop: H.Santiago, Hughes, C.Sale, S.Romo, V.Pestano, V.Worley

Potentials that I might add(currently available): G.Floyd, J.Nicasio, J.Peralta(trying to get him when he's off waiver, but I don't know who to drop), G.Perkins, L.Gregerson, FDL.Santos, J.McGee, T.Milone, M.Montgomery, K.Herrera, JP.Howell, M.Leake

Can you give me some clear thoughts about how to organize my pitcher lineup?
