I've just completed by highly competitive 16 team league draft. League information and team is in my signature. Upon initial review of my team, I'll obviously need to find a couple closers off the wire, fix my starting pitching slightly by adding an arm, and I'll probably be short on steals. However, I feel these are all easy to fix in season.

Are there any other glaring weaknesses that I should be addressing?

Thanks,

Yeah, you need a closer, you also look a little speed light... Presley may be the only guy that gets you more than 15 steals and he's far from a sure thing... Your pitching looks pretty risky too... I realize this is 16 teams, but the team looks like it's much deeper... Did you hit targets from here: http://razzball.com/10-14-15-16-mixed-l ... o-leagues/

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Using your rankings for the most part (with slight alterations) and modifying the war room, I come out to these overall numbers for my team. I play in yahoo, but basically use the espn format for the line ups (with 5 OF, CI, MI, 2 catchers)

1888 hits
990 runs (target 982)
280 home runs (target 240)
1084 RBI (target 941)
78 SB (target 169)
0.273 AVG (target .264)
865 BB
0.476 SLG

Other than stolen bases and maybe runs to a slightly less degree, I basically hit every target. And my SP are projected for 3.53 ERA and 1.23 WHIP. But for some reason, I'm not over excited about my team... And this is all including no one in my Util spot, so the counting stats will are only bound to be projected higher (I'm not sure if the ESPN format for those targets includes a Util spot or not)

Yeah, ESPN uses a UTIL. So it was like I said, low on speed... 40 homers below on homers isn't great either but you can make it up... Steals I'd be more concerned about...

I think you misread that haha. I'm 40 homers over the target, not under. And if steals is the one category I'm behind in, I don't mind. It's only 1 of 8 categories, and doesn't affect any other categories directly. Anyways, thanks for the input!
