I think I get Matt Moore for free, but if not he's 5 bucks, so he'd be a definite. So I've got either 2 or 3 players to keep from this list. Beckett at 18 seems like a decent pick, but I may be stretching to find something worthwhile. I'm also not sure if I would get to keep Kelly Johnson at 5 bucks, (if you think he might be worth it, how high would you go? I'd say maybe 10-11ish?).
I like Trumbo and Kipnis, but what's Trumbo's role, and Johnson is a slightly better Kipnis for the same price. I see no reason for the lesser option. Avila is great at that price, but in an 8 team league, I can get some decent catchers for a buck later. Also, I FULLY realize that my draft plan consists of "get a second closer" Because trying to survive a year with just papelbon and scraps is a fools errand.
(Moore), Trumbo (and hope he has a role), and Johnson? Gaaahhh, overthinking this. What do you suggest?
