Our third round would be something like a standard 10th round, so someone like Ibanez, Doumit, Kendrick, Ethier or Cain... along those lines. I would probably target pitching here, so Cain, Sheets, Nolasco or Wainwright... along those lines. But also mind you if I don't trade these players for something, they become free agents, b/c I can obviously only keep seven major leaguers. My thinking is I might as well trade them to a team I consider weak in order to gain an ever-so-slight advantage with my second third round pick.
I know I should value Sabathia higher than Halladay, but for some reason I just like Halladay more, probably because he's not a yankee. So the other possibility is to trade Sabathia in Halladay's place and work something out for A-Rod using Sabathia and Volquez.

I think you should get Arod there with Halladay then grab Nolasco, Wainwright or Cain and go it without Halladay or Sabathia. Unless Sabathia can be had for less than that current package. Maybe a Sabathia trade for Arod if you can pull that off.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is. Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions. Is your league H2H? Roto? I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from. If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters. I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I guess am going to try to go for the Sabathia into A-Rod plan. Or trade for A-Rod for the Doc package and then trade for CC and turn around and go after another big bat like Hamilton (2) or Howard (1). In this league Halladay and CC are really top 20-25 players because of CG's imho. It's practically a guarantee to be at the top of that roto stat, so I don't mind keeping one of them either, but if I can trade for another big bat I will.
