@Tarasco’sSecretStash: Yup... One of these years, Weeks is going to stay healthy and have a bit of luck in the BABIP dept, and just have one of those years. Then the following year, he'll be insanely overrated.

@Tony: Ha!

@JamesLLeGade: He does move up. Speed from a MI spot is bad at all. He moves up probably about 5 rounds.

RICKIE WEEKS IS HORRIBLE, some of you have bumped your heads. If he could even bat just .250 maybe he'd have SOME value. Too me he's just another Mike Cameron. Too much "if he does then he'll be great!"

Well he's not gonna, he's rickie "i bat .225" weeks.....

Brandon Phillips is the shit, no doubt. A buddy of mine's had him as a keeper for his whole career so far, and I've always liked him from afar. I think he's better than the .260/.312 hitter he showed last year, and that Cincy offense in TGAB this year is gonna rise the tide. He could easily blow up.

I like Rickie Weeks too, I still have faith in this kid. He's been a bit of a lifer for me so far, so I've got plenty of experience with Bad Rickie Weeks. But he's still only 26 this year and the talent this kid has is rare. For all the struggles he's had he's got good hitting instincts...he's posted a career OBP over .100 points above his batting average and stolen 85% of the bases he's attempted. He's shown some decent pop despite dealing with wrist troubles that have contributed to lower solid contact rates in his young career...his hitting style is quick to the ball and puts tremendous torque on his wrists coming through the zone, so his wrists are always going to be a concern. But if he can manage to stay relatively loose and healthy for a full 700+ PA season and boost that average up to even the .260 to .270 range - and he hit .289 in 771 career minor league ABs, so that's certainly not an unreasonable ceiling for his major league peak years - he'll become a monster for fantasy purposes. Suddenly you're looking at a leadoff hitter with 20 homerun pop that's getting on base at a .380 clip and stealing bases in front of Fielder and Braun...forget about the curveball, Rickie...give 'im the heater!

the good thing about drafting rickie weeks is that you're always invited back to join the league the following year .

You mean setting up over at ESPN?

@Steve: Actually... Could you do me a huge favor? Could you walk Christopher through setting up an RCL?

@Christopher: Steve's a doll, I'm sure he'll help you.

@arussell1983: I think it shows both. Not to mention, Kinsler hasn't ever played more than 130 games.

@sean: Ha! Nice.

@Christopher: We got it. Are you going to be the commish? Is that your email that I received? If so, I'm responding.

@Christopher: Darn, that's right!

@Fman99: Yup.

@Tarasco’sSecretStash: True, just highlighting how valuable Phillips was, something I think gets lost on some people.

@Doug Ault: I want Tex and Papelbon.

@David Wrighteous: If Rickie stays healthy, he could be a top 50 player next year. Then, of course, he will be overhyped.
