@giantjj, I think Gentry will beat out Borbon but Murphy will get games at CF and not sold that Leonys won’t be called up at some point. Drafting any of those guys is a crapshoot in deep/AL-only leagues. Safest bet is that Murphy will get his 300 ABs.

@Jaker, I like the team. Seems like you were able to get a few AVG drains who are more valuable with OBP like Teix and Reynolds. good balance of power and speed. Solid pitching staff – a little lighter than ideal at the top but it’s a solid top 3. Might have some challenges in Wins/K/ERA/WHIP. Good luck!

@Tom Thumb, You’re welcome! Ogando is an okay holds option. Adams has a lock on the 8th inning but I’m not sure how much that impacts holds.

@kangaroo hops, I like Andrus more than Gordon, everything equal. But if you get credit for a specific draft pick and Gordon is a number of draft picks later, I’d prefer that. I’d take Cruz over the others. Re: Moore, there will be plenty of SPs available to draft and it’s H2H so SPs matter a little less (draft in volume!)

Dang Rudy, good stuff! I need to join an auction league seems a lot more fun than simple roto snake draft. Speaking of which, I owe you and the stached one a few rounds of daiquiris; just finished my draft last night and really happy with my squad. @kangaroo hops, I agree with Giacomo on Moore – he looks like a sure top-10 and maybe top-5 starter for a long time. The other depends on the other keepers and what your leaguemates value. Eliminate Gordon – he’s less valuable than the others. I’d lean toward Cruz, but consider Andrus if some of the other top SS are off the board.

Sorry, off topic to this post.

OK, Grey & Rudy and fellow Razzballers (Grey’s mom’s term!), I need help. I’m soliciting opinions for a keeper choice in a H2H league where we can only keep players drafted in the 4th round or later. Obviously, you want to keep someone who will be in the top 3 rounds the following year. I can keep two of these: Cruz, Andrus, Michael Morse, Matt Moore, Dee Gordon.

I had earmarked Cruz and Andrus, but I’m having second thoughts about Elvis. I can get his stats later for cheaper, I suppose, which is why I’m hesitating. Morse, maybe a fluke, but maybe not. It might be worth the risk. I think I might wait on Moore—too much rookie pitcher instability. But if he’s that great, I’d like to have him. Gordon is tempting because—if he has the potential for 50+ steals, I want him on my team and not on my opponent’s. What do you think? Cruz, Andrus, Morse, Moore, Gordon. Pick 2.

There is no inflation, etc. Any keeper is yours 4eva. Thoughts?
