I’m itching for Alexei who is a free agent in a 10team but I would have to probably drop one of my closers, Downs for him which is probably not worth it right? Got Franklin, Jenks & Hoffman as well.

If I have to clear a DL spot for Quentin, should I drop Dukes or Kelvim Escobar? I’m dying for healthy players…..dealing with Manny, Chipper, Jose Reyes, Quentin, Elijah Dukes, and now possibly Brian Roberts….if Quentin hits the DL I have to be able to pick up at least one active player.

@Dim: Actually, aside from a very slight drop in OBP, Baker's numbers are better across the board. And he generally hits at the top of the lineup.

Matt Capps left Monday’s game in the ninth inning after taking a comebacker off his head. Capps was able to walk off with minimal assistance, so hopefully he’s day-to-day. John Grabow and Jesse Chavez would be the top candidates for saves if a DL stint is necessary.

He left the game in pain after getting hit in the elbow or forearm. We’ll wait for x-rays, but it looks like he could be out awhile.

now my second ?, what do Liriano owners do with him. I traded Heath Bell for him but now could nowhere get that talent back. I have him benched indef. and could use a bat, any recommendations of players to target?

Ha – damn! I should have posted it here. It was written on their website. Thus, I don’t have a copy of it. Basically, I just said how they haven’t made changes that would give them any type leeway. Then I mentioned how I heard ESPN has timely updates. In addition, I mentioned how my bobble head, while nice, took 8 months to deliver.
