Dallas Braden has 200 major league innings under his belt and his K/9 IP is a little bit over 5.  In 180 IP, that’s 100 Ks.  In other words, not good.  In other other words, blech.  In other other other words, there is no such thing as other other other words.  Dallas’s 10 Ks is more a condemnation of the Mariners’ hitting (were they wearing their fielding gloves instead of batting gloves?) than something warranting reevaluation of Braden’s status as an okay 4th/5th starter in AL-only leagues.  He’s not a mixed league option at this point.  Anyway, here’s what else I saw yesterday in fantasy baseball:

Ian Snell – 6 IP, 1 ER, 4 Ks.  Before you get any ideas, Ryan Sweeney is the A’s three hole hitter.  Ryan Sweeney sounds like the captain of your high school soccer team.  Kevin Kouzmanoff is the A’s cleanup hitter.  The Padres didn’t even want Kouzmanoff.  ‘Nuff said on him.  Ellis, Buck and Pennington is the bottom of their order.  That’s a lacrosse team.  Half of this lineup is playing the wrong sport. That’s why Snell pitched well, Baby Jessica.

Corey Hart – 0-for-3.  Jim Edmonds could’ve done that.

Casey McGehee – 2-for-3, 3 RBIs, HR yesterday.  I begrudgingly let Rudy draft him on one of our teams.  Not only did he hit a homer yesterday, but he did it against my Razzball pitcher, Greg Smith.  Dance, whammies, dance.

Rickie Weeks – 1-for-2, HR and a steal yesterday.  If he can stay healthy, he can do the same as Brandon Phillips.

Randy Wolf – 6 2/3 IP, 4 ER, 8 Ks and the Win as he got the run support that eluded him last year.  This is the kind of start you’ll get from Wolf, maybe a little less on the Ks.  He’ll get similar results to the guy Doug Davis sees in the mirror if his mirror is set to 5 years ago.

Marcus Thames – 0-for-1, but as soon as the lefty was lifted Brett Gardner came into the game.  I wouldn’t let this affect my ownage of Gardner.  Yeah, ownage is a word.  I ownage mittens.  See?

Robinson Cano – 2-for-3 with a HR yesterday.  Earlier in his career (ya know, like 2008), he wasn’t great in the 1st half.  He shook that shizz off last year and looks to be doing it again.

Curtis Granderson – 1-for-4 as he batted in the nine hole vs. a lefty.  Why?  Because there is no ten hole.

Adrian Beltre – 2-for-4 and a steal.  It’s only two games (hey, Mr. Obvious, don’t forget to tell everyone you’re breathing), but Beltre has looked good so far.  If there wasn’t that whole righty-lefty thing going on in the Sawx’s lineup, Beltre should be batting above Old Papi.

Joe Mauer – HR yesterday.  Coming after I called him a schmohawk?  J’accuse!  Oh, wait, it was J. Saunders.  He also served one up to J. Morneau and J.J. Hardy.  J’figures!

Scott Kazmir – Says he should be ready to go next week vs. the Yankees.  He’s in the Bennis Carpensheeter family tree.  He’s the uncle who sells tea leaves at the weekly flea market.  Kazmir was solid with the Angels last year with a 1.73 ERA and 1.05 WHIP, but, as I tell my girlfriend, beware the small sample size.  It was only 36 1/3 innings.  In 111 innings last year with the Rays, he had a 5.92 ERA and a 1.54 WHIP.  His WHIP tends to be ugly and his FIP hasn’t been below 4 since 2007.  There’s the risk, now proceed if you like.

Nick Blackburn – 6 2/3 IP, 3 ER, 12 baserunners, 4 Ks.  This was a good start for Blackburn.  That isn’t a good thing.

Jon Rauch – 1 IP, 2 Ks and his 1st Save.  Wouldn’t be weird to see him get 35 more of them.

Mike Napoli – Mathis started again.  Maybe Napoli can get the Italian-American Anti-Defamation League to make him their new cause célèbre or maybe they can get Napoli on Jersey Shore, Season 2.

Chris Johnson – 0-for-4 as he started at 3rd base.  Look at Ed Wade showing his toupee who’s the boss.  “Listen here toupee, I’m starting one of my no hype, no walk rookies!”  Toupee, “I want Blum back in there for game three.”  You know who the real loser in this is?  All of those fans that bought tickets to The Juice Box to see Geoff Blum play.  “But he was starting for Opening Day!  I need barbecue.  Stat!”  At 25, Chris Johnson led the Astros in homers in Spring Training.  I doubt he led them in walks.  In the minors, there were some years he didn’t even crack a .300 OBP.  In deep and NL-Only leagues where 3rd base is very shallow, Johnson’s a name to look at.

Wandy Rodriguez – 6 IP, 3 ER, 11 baserunners, 4 Ks.  Wasn’t the prettiest game, but can’t blame the Wandwagon when the only offense the Astros get is from Blanc0 Polanco.

Barry Zito – 6 IP, 4 baserunners, 5 Ks.  Did I mention the Astros’ offense?  If it were a horse, it would be glue.

Adam Jones – 3-for-5, HR.  Mr. Jones is gonna be a big, big star.

Matt Wieters – 2-for-4, HR.  I will now shake my fist at the sky for everyone who drafted him last year and not this year.

Mike Gonzalez – 1/3, 2 ER, blown save.  RT @ScottDowns Managers don’t want lefty closers because of their precious matchups.  Don’t give them more reasons, Mike Gonzalez. #CureScottDownsSyndrome

Chase Headley – 4-for-9 and a steal so far this season.  He’s like Charley Lau up in this piece!

Everth Cabrera – 3-for-4, 4 RBIs and a steal.  In the 7th, Everth Cabrera twisted his ankle.  In the 8th, he stole a base.  In the 9th, he explained what the hell was going on in last night’s Lost episode.

Chris Young – 6 IP, 4 baserunners, 0 ER, 5 Ks and not one baserunner stole against him.  I would definitely own him if he’s out there.  I’m not quite fully back with my confidence in him, but I was once a big believer.  Maybe if I see Chris Young’s likeness on a piece of gum my faith will be restored.

Adrian Gonzalez – Hit his 2nd homer last night.  He’s a big time 1st half performer.  If you’re gonna own him, now is the time.

Chad Qualls – 1 IP, 1ER.  Kazaam!

Dexter Fowler – 1-for-4 as he started for Seth Smith…. Or is it Seth Smith starting for him?  I’m so confused.  Pick one, please.  Or someone Tonya Harding Brad Hawpe’s knee.

Ian Stewart – 3-for-4, double, triple and home run yesterday.  FoxTrax unveiled a new feature in a similar vein as their controversial glow puck. When a home run ball leaves the yard, its trajectory leaves a rainbow.  It only works for Ian Stewart.

Mr. Jones is gonna be a big, big star. She’s lookin’ at you…I don’t think so, she’s lookin at Carlos Lee.

@Grey: in case you didnt see in the previous post.

I may be reading into Scioscia’s words a bit, but this was from todays OC Register:

Jeff Mathis got the start at catcher on Opening Day. Scioscia said Mike Napoli had “made a lot of improvement” this spring after his defense became an issue last season. But he seemed to indicate Mathis will be the primary starter at the position for now. “I think that’s one position where if someone plays well, they could really take off and run with it for awhile,” Scioscia said. “Right now we’re going to give Jeff’s defense a look tonight and a little in this first series. Mike will catch.”

The Counting Crows reference is blowing my mind.

Anyway, any really early, knee-jerk guesses on what Chris Young could be? Obviously a reaaaally small sample-size, but is there a legit possibility of him being beyond a Petco plug-in?

  4. Eric says:
    (link)

Grey: what’s going to happen with the Mathis/Napoli situation? Napoli is my only catcher in a 20-team league … not much to pick over if he doesn’t play. Pudge? Mathis?

A couple of other questions: who do you like more for speculative saves, between Gregg and McClellan? And about Gio Gonzales, do you trust him the first time out? Many thanks.

  5. TheQuestforMerlin says:

Napoli will play (it’s only been two games, don’t sweat it). Draft him, stick him at C, forget about him. 20 HR’s, 60 RBI’s, take it to the piggy bank. An injury to either corner outfielder or DH will see him pick up t bats at DH as well (Angels outfield depth is Matsui and Terry Evans with Willits on the DL).

Grey, your write ups for Snell and Braden was inspired. I would start most, if not all pitchers against that A’s offense (makes Kazmir more attractive of a Bennis Carpensheeter pick up). Man oh man, wrong sport indeed! So far Eric Chavez (the man preferred to the DFA’d Cust) has look a little overmatched too. Cust sayin’, as you might suggest.

Also i’ve become a little scared of your (potential) Lost references and nervous to avoid spoilers (Twitter is the worst), as i’m a couple of episodes behind and not caught up yet. You and Everth Cabrera are too up to date with pop culture! How ’bout that ending of the Sopranos?!

Slightly off-topic, but in a 5×5 league with two 1B spots, which beastly duo would you rather have on your team if both pairs cost the same:

Grey, Need a CI in a 10 team mixed league. The nominations are:
    Casey Blake
    Brandon Wood
Nick Johnson (ch ch ch china doll)
    Gaby Sanchez (yes! I know)
Aubrey Huff (he Huffed an he puffed and he…blechh)
    Brandon Inge (see above)
Casey Mcgehee (those box scores look as attractive as Mark Kotsay’s wife)
    Casey Kotchman (driving Miss Chone)
    Conor Jackson
Troy Glaus (hittin 5th behind McCann)
    David Freese

Pretty slim pickens (yeeehahh) for a ten team league but the rosters are deep with the CI position.

In said roto league, should I be streaming in pitchers with high K/ERA/WHIP rates like Gervacio, Thornton et al (I wish I knew who “al” was?)
My starters are Beckett, Anderson, Floyd, Slowey, Jurjens, De La Rosa, Niemann with Papelbon and Fuentes bringing up the rear. (It was my first auction and I blew the budget on hitting!)

Mini-mini is certainly paying dividends early. 2B, 3B, HR? There should be a name for that: the cycle-minus-the-girliest-part-of-the-cycle. I call it the Hungry Man’s Cycle.

Not sure where Stewart finishes the season in comparison to Uggla (who I passed over to draft MMD) but I do know that if I’d taken Uggla, and been left out of the Stewart LoveFest, I’d have scooped both my eyes out with an awl by now.

@Ben: I own Sean Rod but I wouldn’t expect much — he had a great spring, but he’s hitting 8th, with little chance of moving up in that lineup. (Look who’s hitting ahead of him.)

Also, unless he gets real hot and stays real hot, he might have PT issues. Unlike Zobrist of last year, Sean-Rod isn’t a human Swiss army knife who can play any position.

If your league is deep, keep an eye on him. As for me, SeanRod is unfortunately at the head of my Drop Him Like Somebody Else Is Hot list.

Rockies RP Huston Street met with the renowned Dr. James Andrews in Alabama for a second opinion on his ailing right shoulder, according to the Denver Post. Andrews confirmed the original diagnosis, that Street is suffering from inflammation in the shoulder, and there is no structural damage. The Rockies have decided to slow down his rehabilitation; Street will take part in strengthening exercises for even longer than originally scheduled before he’s cleared to play catch. It appears unlikely he will return to the mound by May 1, which Street had desired.

@Tony: Tony, Fred took Stewart in the 6th round of our draft. There was no way he wasn’t going to get him. I managed to pick mini-mini donkey in the bottom of the 8th round in my 14 team Yahoo league, which is equivelant to high 19th round pick in a 12 team league. That was close to where he typically had been targeted. Although he looks terrific at this point, lets not go crazy – two games have been played.

@nick m.: I own Chris R. Young in one league, but always remember that he is perhaps one of the worst in baseball history of holding men on base. And outside of Randy Johnson (who took a long time to develop as a pitcher), not many pitchers of his height have long-term success. Consistency of mechanics are problematic in most cases. That being said, I would rate them Cueto, Young, Wolf. Grey might have a different take, though.

Grey – granted, Cust was only ownable 3-4 times a year when he went on a homer binge, but he seems like the Sultan of Swat next to that sorry group. And how does Fox not have a steady position in that order?

Deal seemed great to me, especially 8 hours later when the tradee attempted to pawn off Weeks in a trade for Bruce Almighty; I left a note in the rejection of deal that I had advised my wife to get rid of Weeks! I just can’t picture him staying healthy all year.

  33. ThePoonTycoon says:
    (link)

@Baron Von Vulturewins: no, he went right before i was probably taking him. i ended up going with glass chipper (at least he should be an OPS boost when he plays). for some reason i kinda feel like glaus could have a sneaky good year too, so i grabbed him way late, like last round flier late, in hopes he gives me 25-30 HRs if i need him at 3B. i just couldn’t justify grabbing someone like cantu as my insurance when i don’t really trust him and there were other quality players on the board to be had. there are some guys on the wire i am watching closely too, freese and encarnacion and maybe mcgehee to be exact, that if they start off hot, i’ll be grabbing.

we’ll see, i’ll be ecstatic to get 130 games from glass chipper in that braves lineup, which looks pretty damn good top to bottom.

The bottom of my pitching has Rick Porcello, Chris Young and Kenshin Kawakami. In a 14-team league, 5×5 plus K/9, I have the #2 waiver slot and Phil Hughes was recently dropped. Young looked solid last night, Porcello has some upside and Kawakami is unremarkably steady, though none of them have a stellar K-rate. I’m well aware you don’t hold onto any coveted waiver slots, but it’s the first week of the season. Is Hughes worth the pick-up or should I wait, hoping he clears waivers?

@zombie: Catcher/DH? Who’s that Clement? I’d take Clement and shove him in the Catcher spot.

@CT Old School: Waiver claim him.

    @BSA: Ha!

    @albertalbert: Marcum

@jj: An injury to Matsui would be nice.

    @Kazmere: Gonzalez

@Grey: Thanks. I had Desmond, Snider, and Furcal on my roster, and I ended up dropping Snider for Reimold. Did I err?

Alternately, is Chris Young worth dropping Furcal or Reimold for?

@Baron Von Vulturewins: I’m glad I’m not the only one who passed over Uggla to draft Stewart. I experienced some mad buyer’s remorse at first, but four XBH in two days is something that I would not have wanted to miss.

    Ervin, Buccholz, Brad Penny?

  83. Baron Von Vulturewins

    Baron Von Vulturewins says:

@BKK: I took him in the 8th round (95th pick) of a 12-team mixed draft before both Uggla and Jose Lopez and I am not ashamed. Yet.

@Grey: It doesn’t really make sense, but it sounds right. I ain’t got time for no girly single! I’m hungry!

@Dingo: Passing over Uggla for Stewart is like passing over your ex-girlfriend for a mail-order bride. With one, you know what you’re getting. With the other — who knows!

@Stephen: Pursuant to earlier conversation: I went back and looked at your photo again and realized you are not, in fact, a monkey-faced man. But are you blowing bubblegum in that picture though?

  87. jesse says:
    (link)

In a 12-team points league (where more starts means more potential points), where we start 6 SPs/week (72 total in the league), I drafted all position players early and planned to drop and replace with 2-start pitchers throughout the year. However, at the end of the draft, those “droppable” pitchers that I meant to draft ended up being young guys with a touch of upside to them: Mat Latos, Wade Davis, Shawn Marcum, and Jonathan Sanchez (and Dice-K).

Which of those pitchers is droppable in the 2-start pitcher game (for example, Zito, Arroyo, and Rowland-Smith are among the 2-start options for next week), and which ones are just so valuable or have enough upside that I need to keep them on my squad and play them out, even if it means missing out on an extra start here and there?

  88. Stephen says:
    (link)

@Baron Von Vulturewins: Apology accepted. I wasn’t offended, just realized how dark the original photo was. Yeah, I was blowing a bubble and taking a picture on my girlfriend’s Mac (about 2 years ago now).

    @Grey: You’re welcome.

@Grey: I was going to add a Manwich joke, and then Google told me that Manwich and Hungry Man Dinners were actually competitors.

O for the days when the nation could support not one but two pre-made sloppy-joe manufacturers.

@Stephen: As long as we’re baring our secrets, I’m not actually a Baron.

  91. Dingo says:
    (link)

@Tony: I’m with you, but what about Reimold’s potential? What’s changed since Grey first ranked him the 38th outfielder, aside from the fact that he hasn’t fully recovered from his surgery? I guess I’d rather go with Reimold’s combination of recent success + injury risk over Snider’s combination of expected success + smaller injury risk + crappy lineup spot.

  92. Tony says:
    (link)

@Dingo: true a full season of reimold will be better than snider most likely, i’m just worried about him being healthy i guess.

  108. @Dingo:

For the 100000th time, yes. Seriously. They really did it, and no, there is no explanation, move along please.

  109. Oh and as far as Chris Young goes…I’ve seen him enough to say when he can pinpoint his pitches like he did last night hes real tough and very ownable. Its when he starts to walk guys and they play slot racer around the basepads that he gets in big trouble.

Hmm… I don’t remember sending this offer, but a trade of my Burnett/Shields for McCann was just accepted. Anyone care to offer any hindsight?

BTW, this is a 10 team roto where I currently have Clement at C. If I did, in fact, send this offer, my thinking was probably that 1.) I don’t like owning AL East pitchers if possible 2.) if I’m going to trade for a catcher, McCann is one of the only guys I’d look at 3.) in a 10-teamer, I’ll be able to FA pickup or trade a closer for other good SPs throughout the season and 4.) my other SPs (Nolasco, Hamels, Bills, Baker, Sanchez) are good enough to hold me for a while in a roto.

  111. I was just called a ball bustin closer hoarder, I may be making progress on the trade talks.

  156. Tom Reale says:
    (link)

@Grey: Should we expect around 16 wins from Cook this year?

  157. Jarrad says:

  160. Stephen says:
    (link)

@Jarrad: Alright, good to know. If you want a hitter, Montero, steals, Jennings, 1B Smoak, SS with tons of Speed Dee Gordon (just not with the first overall). Pitcher – Hellickson. Other than Gordon, I would take them with the first pick. Montero wont be in the majors full time until 2011 at the earliest.

  170. GopherDay says:

@Jarrad: I would go with Jennings…even if he doesn’t really fit into your plans, with all the comparisons to Carl Crawford, he’ll have REALLY high trade value.

  171. Stephen says:

@GopherDay: Value may be high, but the injury risk is more than some other prospects available.

  172. Hitman says:

    – I. Stewart to second on wild pitch

  191. Tom Reale says:

    Octavio Dotel
    Leo Nunez
    Frank Francisco
    Jason Frasor

I also have Brian Wilson and Carlos Marmol, so I’ll still have four closers if he bites. Anyone have an opinion on this? Giving too much? Asking too much? Thinking too much?

@I’m Keith Hernandez: @Grey: What if he gets back to me that he wants one of those four and one of Marmol/Wilson for Hamels? Still think it’s good for me (I think so, but sometimes I worry that I place too low a value on closers)?

  201. Awesomus Maximus

    Awesomus Maximus says:
    (link)

@I’m Keith Hernandez: This is from ESPN’s rules:

    “POSITION ELIGIBILITY
Player position eligibility is based on two criteria that must be met. Once the following conditions are met, the player’s position eligibility will be modified to reflect this.

Games Played Last Season – A player must have played in a minimum of 20 games in a position to be eligible for that position. The exception is rookies, they will be eligible for the position in which they begin the season.

Games Played in the Current Season – Once a player has played a minimum of 10 days in a position during the regular season they will have that position added to their eligibility. This means that they will only become eligible for the new position beginning on the eleventh day in that position. These days do not need to be concurrent.”

Seems to me that they don’t make a distinction between a “game played” at a position and a “game started” at a position… 10 either way.

  204. Awesomus Maximus

    Awesomus Maximus says:

@Grey: Do I need to whip out my Alec Baldwin impression when I’m trading closers, though? It’s just going to end with me calling the other guy a “rude, thoughtless little pig!” That won’t be good for league morale.

  205. @Tom Emanski:

Yeah Hawpe’s Splits vs Lefties are crap, if they dont sit him, you should.

  210. Tom Reale says:

@Baron Von Vulturewins: Seriously. I need some W and QS in H2H

@Grey: And you didn’t hedge your bet? Makes sense, especially since it is the Pirates.

  243. @Grey:

Bleh, Kershaw. I keep having this little voice telling me the Dodgers will be a .500 team this year because their starring pitching is gonna self destruct. Hopefully Im wrong, at least with Kershaw.

  244. Eddy says:
    (link)

    Desmond solo shot.

So I have Hamels, Kershaw, and Pettite going for me. I didn’t expect to say that Pettite is my only shining spot right now.

Anyone watching Hamels? Is he getting squeezed? The walks are killing him (AND ME)

  249. @sean:

Yeah my whole fantasy year depends on Kershaw and Hamels pitching well, Im not liking this start to their seasons one bit.

  250. sean says:
    (link)

@Elijah: Ubaldo, Hamels, and Billingsley for me in 4/5 leagues…

  251. @sean:

Ah well. I just expect them to do well against the Pits and Nats of the world, bit early to get worried.

  252. sean says:
    (link)

@Elijah: Definitely. Long season. Just not encouraged by Hamels 4 hits and 3 walks through 3. Nats’ lineup is a little underrated though, especially if Desmond can offer anything. Zimm/Dunn/Willingham is a bit feast or famine, but nothing like the AAA lineups of the past few years.

  253. @sean:

Yeah was just thinking the same myself, Nats lineup isnt great but its about average in terms of run production. They are certainly better than the Oaklands and Houstons of the league.

  254. Awesomus Maximus

    Awesomus Maximus says:

How much worse can he be than their current bottom end of the rotation guys?

  263. Grey

    Grey says:
    (link)

@Elijah: Same diff, probably just don’t want to put too many innings on his arm.

  264. Makes sense

  265. Eddy says:
    (link)

    @Elijah:
Yea they’re probably gonna throw him out there in one inning intervals. He got rocked by the Marlins though.

And christ, Nolasco has thrown only 20 balls to 20 hitters. I REALLY wish the dude that didn’t draft him got him because he was the highest ranked on the board. Woe is me.

I decided to turn of MLB mix and just watch the Marlins because Kershaw and Hamels are giving me heart attacks. I can’t take all that stress!

    Nate Robertson @NYM

    Thoughts?

  287. @BigFatHippo:

I just made that up, not sure Kelly Johnson gonna be the answer at 2b, its been such a revolving door.

  288. Steve says:

@BigFatHippo: You’re not getting your Razzball forwarded to your new location? Scrubly is Kelly Johnson, but I had no part in that nickname and do not use it. Ian is Mini-Mini Donkey

@Vince: Latos at home. But if all of those guys are out there in a H2H league, just stream matchups.

@Elijah: Look at Johnson’s stats before 2009, no reason why he can’t thrive and be at the top of the order.

  291. Steve says:
    (link)

    @Grey: Another hit for Headley.

Still plenty of room on the sofa…

  292. BigFatHippo says:

  298. On the bright side, Kennedy has 5 K’s in 2 IP.

  299. Steve says:
    (link)

@BigFatHippo: Oh – I was talking about Johnson. Don’t have Headley in the keeper. Do in another league tho.

  300. And another Sv for Raffy.

  301. Awesomus Maximus

    Awesomus Maximus says:
    (link)

@Grey: Yeah, pickin’s are mighty slim. Guess I’ll let him stream his way to Ks (and probably Ws) at the expense of ERA and WHIP. It’s the 3rd best projected team in the league, so if get him 7-3 (he’s probably going to take Runs, too), I should be happy with that.

  302. BigFatHippo says:
    (link)

@Grey: Should I add JJ Hardy and drop Aviles for MI, or is Theriot a better option? Ugggh, it hurt to type that………….

I have A Jones, Cruz, Ibanez, Abreau, Bourn, Nyjer and Damon in the OF and no versatility for the infield as long as Kinsler is on the DL. Can only play 3 outfielders.

Drop Damon for Theriot so I can add them both?

  307. Eddy says:

BTW, anyone get a chance to watch Cueto today? Sounds like he was solid against the tough STL lineup.

  325. Pretty decent outing for Kennedy other than the gopher ball he was pretty sharp.

  326. BigFatHippo says:
    (link)

@Awesomus Maximus: Threw too many pitches, 109 in 6. I think he had 55 in the first 2! Wainwright had 25 at the time.

  327. Kelly Johnson forgive me!!!

  328. Awesomus Maximus

    Awesomus Maximus says:

  330. BigFatHippo says:

  339. Awesomus Maximus

    Awesomus Maximus says:
    (link)

@Kazmere: You’ve got nobody else expendable?

I’m going Frasor in that situation… only because Frasor has a closer job to himself right now. Morales has Street’s closer job… not that Street is due back any time soon, but it’s still being called Street’s job.

  340. BigFatHippo says:
    (link)

@Kazmere: Wow, you’re in a league where he isn’t owned? Find a way to own both.

@Grey: 10-team roto and I have Gonzalez, Aardsma, Morales, FrankFrank and Marmolade. I’d have to drop an offensive bench guy (Fowler or CarQ) or one of those closers to pick him up. Who gets the boot?

  345. BigFatHippo says:

  351. Nice Sv for Qualls. Go Dbacks!

  352. BKK says:
