I’m pretty well off on Ks so that isn’t a huge concern right now. The names I’ve seen frequently mentioned in the comments (Medlen, Straily, Detweiler) that would seem to be suggested adds are already gone.

You may have better suggestions but the options look to be guy like Jason Vargas, D.Holland, C.Richard, WY Chen, Colon, Beavan, Corbin, Feldman, DeVries, and Blanton.

Brett Anderson is out there if you think that hoping for his healthy return next week is the best way to go. Liriano is also there but I’m ‘fraid.
