So it’s Christmas Eve and you decide you want to make a great article on your fantasy baseball website so you invite every MVP of the last two decades to your home in order to ask them for their interpretations of what it means to put up outstanding numbers.

The only two that show up of course are Jeff Kent and Barry Bonds (their kids had a special request of Santa). Would you continue to stay at your house and get the article?

@IowaCubs: Viciedo could hit well in spring training and win the job, but right now Josh Fields is the first White Sox 3rd baseman off the board (one with a lot of promise) then Betemit. EDIT: Typo, boyz!

@Grey: In terms of contract-hype there is much similarity. Does seem silly that the Sox would pay him $2mil a year in a rostered deal and then send him to the minors, especially when the alternative is Wilson Betemit.
