Even though major league teams have only played 3 or 4 games, RCL managers have been extremely active, averaging 50 moves per league. 10.6% of rostered players were picked up from the free agent pool. Factoring in players on the DL, you’re still left with the fact that 8% of drafted players have been dumped after only 3 full days of action.

48 leagues made 14,400 selections at the draft table in March. 440 different players were chosen, with 218 being selected in all leagues. Another 15 were drafted in 47 of the 48 leagues. 33 were taken in just 1 league.

Last year Albert Pujols was the first choice in 37 of the 38 leagues, but this year there was a bit more variety.

With just 3 days left in the season, Random Italicized Voice (RCL 5) is coasting to the title. They lost a point off their lead this week, but still hold a 5-point edge.

Random ItalicizedVoice (RCL 5) and Better Lucky Than Good (Partially Torn RCL) continued their incredible seasons, sitting at 117 points each in individual league standings. With RCL 5 having the higher Competitive Index (CI) though, the Voice have stretched their lead in the overall standings to 6 points, 120-114, and will be tough to catch.

Random ItalicizedVoice (RCL 5) bounced up and down during the week, but finished where they started – in first with 117 points. The lead dropped to 3, though, as Better Lucky Than Good (Partially Torn RCL) raised their total from 112 to 114.

The Pesky Pole Dancers (Trippin Baseballs) had a rough week, losing 5 points and dropping to third place in the overall standings. That opened the door for the hard-charging Better Lucky Than Good (Partially Torn RCL) and Random ItalicizedVoice (RCL 5) to move into a tie for first.

The Pesky Pole Dancers (Trippin’ Baseballs) did not lose momentum during the break. They gained 3 points to 114, and now have a 5-point lead over Random ItalicizedVoice (RCL 5). Better Lucky Than Good (Partially Torn RCL) and THE VILLE AL KOHOLIC A (ECFBL) are another point back at 108.

The Pesky Pole Dancers (Trippin’ Baseballs) are the first half champions! They have managed to stave off some tough challengers to lead most of the way. The Dancers have an impressive 111 points and a 3-point lead.

The tight battle continues at the top of the standings, with 6 teams totaling 105 or more points. The Pesky Pole Dancers (Trippin’ Baseballs) held on to first place, gaining 3 points to 112. The Dancers made 2 moves, replacing Jose Tabata and Ike Davis with Jason Kubel and Cory Luebke.  Luebke was added in most leagues, and provided 6 scoreless innings and a win.
