This week’s Fantasy Roundtable is hosted by phonetically fetishy friends at Fantasy Phenoms.

THE TOPIC: Three pitchers who have exceeded expectations so far are Jon Lester, Zack Greinke and Justin Verlander. Owners of these pitchers have been relying on them as weekly starters who play an intricate role for their fantasy teams. Please, blog, may I have some more?

Raul Ibanez of the PhilliesOne of our blogging brethren over at Midwest Sports Fans was analyzing 37 year old Raul Ibanez’s breakout start to the season and, as part of a rather detailed analysis of park factors and whatnot, ‘begrudgingly acknowledged’ that performance-enhancing drugs cannot be completely dismissed. Hey Razzballers – it’s been a while since our last formal standings update so let’s get crackin’….

In our Razzball Commenter League, the top three have been consistent for several weeks.  Anthony G leads the pack by 7 points as he has a remarkable 111.5 points out of 120 in the Gorditas Supreme division.  Please, blog, may I have some more?

Razzball is hosting the Fantasy Roundtable this week.  Very stressful.  Had to clean up my bachelor pad.  Was busy baking all day.  One guy only drinks decaf because caffeine keeps him up all night.  Two guys had torn hip labrums and needed to be Bela Karolyied up the 4 flights of stairs to my apartment.  Please, blog, may I have some more?

This post goes out to all you lovely surfers participating in one of our leagues.  Going forward, we’ll have weekly updates (on Sunday nights) to the Master Standings and we’ll note the ‘last updated’ date on the standings page.  The standings links are available in the top left of our page (under Razzball Leagues). The Fantasy Roundtable this week is hosted by Tim Dierkes of RotoAuthority who I remain friendly with despite refusing my suggestion to add an animated Cartman to his site that says “Respect RotoAuthoritah“.  His question:

Here on April 30th, what is your single biggest fantasy baseball regret of the year? Please, blog, may I have some more?

As the first month of the season winds down, it’s time to finally look in on our Fantasy Razzball leagues to see how well our participants are doing at sucking.

For those unfamiliar with ‘Fantasy Razzball’, it’s a fantasy baseball variation where you aim to manage the worst team possiblePlease, blog, may I have some more?

I’ve got a double Roundtable post this afternoon as I got too busy with life and whatnot to post the one from last week.

The first one was hosted by Patrick Cain of the Albany Times-Union Fantasy Baseball section.  His advantageous location in the heart of New York State politics makes his blog the must read for the Governor and his staff (as in his staff must read it to him – the NY Guvn’r is blind, people!  Please, blog, may I have some more?
