I love Youk maybe more than life itself plus a six pack but this guy is starting to show signs of the nagging injury over the last couple years. Is he becoming another Larry Jones? I’m in an auction league and am prepared to outbid everybody for his services.

Besides Wainwright and Miggy, have there been any considerable changes to any of your rankings? It’s been a few weeks since I updated the excel sheet that has all your rankings, and with my first draft coming up Sunday, I want to be sure I’m up to date.

If so, are all (positional rankings, top 100 and top 300) of them updated to reflect the changes?

sorry, I know this is a bit of a late response/inquiry, but you said that Daniel (top of the thread) went a bit strong on pitching. I’m just looking at his team and seeing every offensive position save catcher filled in the first 10 picks. Who else could he have really drafted to make for a stronger offense while still being able to put together the type of staff that youve been recommending?

@Grey: You are probably right, but the Astros seem to have gone out of their way to keep saying he’s in the competition for the 5th spot. There’s the service time contract thing of course. On the other hand, Figueroa and Rowand-Smith and their rule 5 guys are very, very uninspiring. And the ‘stros have very little to be excited about anyway. It’s possible they let him win the job if he’s a guy they’d be eying to lock up longterm.

@Grey: I just started a Scoresheet draft with Dominguez (minor league keeper) as my only 3rd baseman. I really feel the need to grab another early. Supposedly his glove is ready, but probably looking at .230/.280/.380. Not worth the gamble. While we are at it... Freese, Lopez, Mora or Blake for that position?
