1. One of your reasonings for having Braun as your top ranked player you state “Pujols is a Latin 32. The 1st base eligibility is nice, but outfield isn’t exactly stacked in 5 outfielder leagues.” My question is would you still take Braun 1st overall in a 3 outfielder league (10 team, H2H)?

2. I absolutely love your site. It is my #1 source for fantasy advice (advise?). You have amused and enlightened me for a couple years now. I visit on a daily basis looking for that next new article for laughs and knowledge. I just wanted to share my appreciation for all you do! Keep up the great work!

Is it just me or does anyone feel like grabbing Jason Bay in the 22 23rd round is a HUGE steal? He had a great September and the walls are coming in he can easily sneak in a be a 80 – 17 – 85 – 275 – 10 guy – thoughts?

Ok, so it’s almost time to finalize my keepers in my 16 Team H2H. This is what I’ve got:

1) Tulo
2) Lawrie
3) Stanton
4) Lester
5) ???

Of my remaining players, I can keep one of the following: Moose, Konerko, Kimbrel, Kennedy, LoMo.

I could also swing a deal for Moore (swapping middle round picks). Or a deal for Haren (swapping my 5th-ish rounder for his 8th-ish). And the guy with MadBum has said he’s on the block, but hasn’t responded to my email about him.

What do you think is the route I should go with this? Thanks!

Hey Gray. My settings are nearly identical to your 14 team yahoo listing but with one less UTIL position. Do you have a good idea for evening out the difference?

I was thinking –> find the average batter’s totals and subtract that from each total (since it’s one less batter) but that’s not really accurate since the second UTIL would more than likely have numbers worse than the average.

Apologies if this has been covered already, but deep-ish AL-Only leaguers might be interested to know that Scott Sizemore is done for the year with a torn ACL.

I must be going soft in my old age, but I can’t conceive of how crushing it must be to have something like this happen to you and I feel really sorry for him and Zumaya. Maybe I just need to HTFU (emoticon)
